HLN Aquano 10K coolant heater operates independently to heat the
engine coolant or cab heating equipment so as to preheat the
water-cooled engine and supply heat to the cockpit. The heater is
featured with low fuel consumption, high thermal efficiency and low
exhaust emissions. In the winters, the heater can greatly reduce
the difficulty of the engine cold start, reduce engine wear, fuel
consumption, and thus extend the engine life. HLN Aquano 10K
coolant heaters take use of external electromagnetic pumps for fuel
supply. External control systems and ignition systems are equipped
for easy maintenance

The water-heating fuel heater is a kind of electrical-control
heating equipment jointly drived by fan & fuel pump. The heater,
using diesel as the fuel, takes advantages of impeller's rotation
drived by the fan to make diesel oil burn in the combustion
chamber. The heat is released through metal shell to heat the
cooling liquid. The heat exchange is non-stop between metal shell
and flowing air. Finally, the whole space is heated to preheat the
engine and avoid cold start & abrasion.
